The shipping company will deliver the package to the address you provided. The carrier will make several delivery attempts on different business days.
Orders to mainl& Spain will be delivered within 24-48 business hours. We do not ship to the Canary Isl&s.
We ship to Europe within the areas defined within the European Community.
Shipping costs will depfinish on the destination. Shipping costs will be free for Spain & the Balearic Isl&s; for Europe, the cost will be €9.99.
For orders over €70, shipping costs will also be free within Europe.
The first model/diopter change will be free.
In the event of a model/diopter exchange, a pickup shipment will be arranged, with the alternative being collected upon delivery. The package must be wrapped in perfect condition to ensure it is not damaged in transit & the glasses come in good condition at our warehouse.
In the case of a return, a pickup will be arranged at the delivery address. The package must be wrapped to prevent damage during shipping. If the product comes damaged due to improper packaging, the h&ling fee for the exchange of the box, €3.00, will be deducted.
